Welcome to StoreSini. By creating an account, booking a storage unit, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using StoreSini, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms & Conditions.
2. Tenant Information
You are responsible for ensuring that your personal information, including your full name, IC number, email address, and contact details, is accurate and up to date.
Providing false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of your booking or account.
3. Booking & Payment
A booking is only confirmed after full payment has been successfully processed.
Payment includes:
- First month's rental fee
- Two (2) months' security deposit
- Any applicable service charges
StoreSini reserves the right to cancel unpaid reservations.
4. KYC Verification
To ensure the security of all users, every tenant must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
You may be required to submit:
- MyKad (Front)
- MyKad (Back)
- Selfie for identity verification
Company tenants may be required to submit:
- SSM Registration Certificate
- Representative's IC
- Authorization Letter
Failure to complete KYC may prevent access to your rented storage unit.
5. Access to Storage Unit
Access to the storage unit will only be granted after:
- Payment has been successfully completed.
- KYC verification has been approved.
- An access PIN or access credentials have been issued.
Do not share your access PIN with unauthorized individuals.
6. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being stored:
- Illegal goods
- Explosives or flammable materials
- Firearms or weapons
- Hazardous chemicals
- Perishable food
- Live animals
- Stolen property
- Any item prohibited by Malaysian law
StoreSini reserves the right to refuse storage of prohibited items.
7. Tenant Responsibilities
Tenants are responsible for:
- Keeping their storage unit secure.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Informing StoreSini of any changes to their contact information.
- Ensuring stored items comply with applicable laws.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is collected solely for:
- Identity verification
- Rental management
- Payment processing
- Customer support
StoreSini will protect your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not disclose your information without lawful authorization.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
Security deposits are refundable according to the rental agreement, subject to inspection and any outstanding charges.
Rental fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated by StoreSini.
10. Limitation of Liability
While StoreSini takes reasonable measures to maintain a safe and secure facility, tenants remain responsible for the items stored within their units.
StoreSini shall not be liable for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, theft, vandalism, or force majeure.
11. Changes to Terms
StoreSini reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
